The following terms govern the use of this site by all users.
You will use the site and information posted on it and/or provided to you ( such as job alerts and newsletters) solely to support your personal job search (that is, to help you find a job or internship) and not to compete against Dayaway or to help anyone else compete against Dayaway.
If you have created an account, you promise that the information you have provided is truthful, and that you will not use your account on behalf of others (e.g., providing site information to someone who has not subscribed to the site or sharing your sign in information to allow someone else to use your account).
The site uses third parties to support the sites’ functionality such as job alerts and newsletter communications. You are required to comply with use terms communicated to you by such third parties.
When using Dayaway’s links to other sites, you will use those site’s in accordance with their terms.
Dayaway may terminate your registration if Dayaway determines you have violated these terms, the terms of another site accessed from Dayaway, any applicable law, or if Dayaway concludes that your use is not in Dayaway’s or its users’ best interests.
If Dayaway terminates your registration, Dayaway will remove your personal information (profile and sign in information) from the site.
Employers understand that information provided to Dayaway to post, such as job listing information, may be down-loaded, forwarded and reposted to other sites and that Dayaway has no control over such downstream uses nor can Dayaway retrieve or investigate such uses. Employers may, however, request Dayaway to remove information previously posted by Dayaway and Dayaway will promptly do so.
While Dayaway offers certain privacy protection features, it does not guarantee that your privacy will be safeguarded. The Privacy Policy set forth below states additional terms and conditions applicable to your privacy.
You will not edit another user’s information unless authorized to do so by that user.
Dayaway will work hard to provide helpful information and to promote good behaviors by its users. If Dayaway fails to do this, fails to meet your expectations in any other way or breaches any of its obligations under these terms or otherwise, you agree that your only right and Dayaway’s only liability is for you to terminate your use of Dayaway. The job listings that Dayaway posts are received from other sources that Dayaway believes to be helpful to its users, however, Dayaway is not liable for them in any way.
Dayaway reserves the right to update these terms without advance notice to you.
These terms, including all future changes to them, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Dayaway.
