No. You are free to browse jobs anonymously and apply directly on the sites from which Dayaway harvested the jobs. You will need to create a profile if you want to receive job alerts and/or our weekly newsletter.
Yes. You can create a profile containing customized filter settings (e.g., location, industry, major, etc.) and have the jobs emailed to you daily or weekly.
Yes. Super simple, By clicking “post a job” a company can send in a job link. No need to create a company profile, Job searchers will apply directly on the company site. All this is free.

Dayaway checks for new listings Monday through Friday. We eliminate jobs with a posting date (by the company) more than a week old.
Most of our jobs are harvested from the big boards like LInkedin, Indeed, etc. We know most students really want the jobs that don’t hit the big boards. Listing these jobs are our number 1 priority.
We list jobs requiring 0-2 and 2-4 years of experience for undergrad, masters and PhD students. We additionally list jobs requiring 4-6 years of experience for MBA candidates as they often have worked at this level before going to B school
We agree these terms are sometimes confusing. We are listing jobs from companies whose products and services (a) produce power or transportation with no or minimal carbon pollution or (b) which help people significantly reduce pollution from traditional fossil fuel sources.
